I upgraded from Pro to Business. How do I switch to my new account?
Go to /settings and click Logout to exit your current session. Then, sign in again using your dedicated Business login link.
What is the maximum file size limit?
The limit depends on your plan: 10 GB for Free, 100 GB for Pro, 300 GB for Premium, and 1 TB for Business.
How long are files stored?
Files are stored for 3 days for Free users. Retention extends to 15 days for Pro, 30 days for Premium, and 60 days for Business.
Do I need to register an account to send files?
No. You can send and receive files directly as a guest.

Are my files secure? Can FileBolt view my files?
Your files are encrypted in transit and at rest. Only those with the download link can access the files. Even FileBolt employees cannot view your file content.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime by visiting /settings and clicking Manage Subscription. Your benefits will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
